Criminal, civil, commercial and administrative litigation. Mr. Espinoza is a lawyer with vast experience in trials and complex cases, leading the defense of Senators, Representatives, former Ministers of State, Senior Officers of the Armed Forces, Mayors, Prosecutors and other public officials. He has also acted as prosecuting attorney in practically all the cases of rape with homicide of children and teenagers that have occurred in Chile in the last 20 years. He has extensive experience in the defense of media companies, such as television channels and radio stations. In the corporate area, he has a long practice in criminal litigation, representing banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, airlines, energy utilities, telecommunications companies, fishing businesses and real estate corporations, among others.
