Blumar’s lawyer, in the face of the Bruma tragedy: “The question is why the Navy did not react to the absence of position of this smaller boat”

After having finished the formalization hearing of three crew members of the Cobra ship, from Blumar, for their alleged responsibility in the tragedy that just a year ago cost the lives of seven fishermen who were aboard the failed Bruma, Alejandro Espinoza reaffirms the innocence of those involved, does not rule out a possible reparative agreement, and points out his doubts about the performance of the Navy itself.
