Concepción Court of Appeals revoked the resolution that had declared inadmissible the criminal complaint filed by Alejandro Espinoza, lawyer for the crew members of the fishing vessel Cobra and the company Blumar. Espinoza had accused his colleague, Rafael Poblete, who represents the family of the victims of the vessel Bruma, of libel and slander. The latter addressed the ruling through a statement.
